RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As of January 1st, 2015, Goodwill® Niagara will no longer accept merchandise for returns.
Goodwill Niagara does not provide cash refunds/credits on any merchandise.
All discounted merchandise is final sale.
As of January 1st, 2015, there will be no exchanges on hard goods.
Clothing may be exchanged:
Within 7 days of purchase.
You must have the original receipt and all original tags must still be attached.
Can be exchanged for a different item with the same dollar value, as marked on the tag and receipt.
Electronics can be exchange within 24 hours of purchase.
Goodwill Niagara is not liable for representation of any of the products sold at our stores. We cannot guarantee the quality of the products we offer as all merchandise is sold in “AS IS” condition.
Revenues generated from Goodwill Niagara are used to create employment opportunities, skill development, and senior housing in the Niagara Community.
