How it Works

With the launch of our online shop we've selected a few items to showcase from each of our stores, so you can buy them online and pick them up in store without having to worry about browsing through the racks. Simply,

• Browse the online catalog of the store you want to pickup from.
• Add the items you want to your cart.
• Checkout and pay online.
• Pickup your order when it's ready, usually in 3 business days!

Your order must only contain products from a single store to allow checkout. If you want to buy products that are available at different stores you have to place a separate order.

The items featured online are always changing so be sure to check back frequently. Remember, Goodwill Niagara does NOT charge tax!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Android Pay as payment options online.

Exchange Policy

All items purchased online can be exchanged:

• Within 24 hours of pickup; and
• With proof of purchase; and
• With original SKU tag; and
• Can be exchanged for a different item with the same dollar value, as item purchased and proof of purchase.

Goodwill Niagara does not offer any cash or credit refunds on any merchandise

Goodwill Niagara is not liable for the misrepresentation of any products sold at our stores or online. As a result, we cannot guarantee the quality of the products we offer. Therefore, all merchandise is sold in "AS IS" condition.

Please check and make sure your product is up to your standards before leaving the store, if you are not content with your purchase we will exchange your product for something in store of the same value.
