We’ve received so many comments, questions, and messages about fitting rooms at our new Fort Erie location, and we want you to know that we’re listening. Your feedback matters to us, and we truly appreciate everyone who took the time to share their thoughts.

After hearing your feedback, we`ve been exploring ways to adjust the space and layout to accommodate fitting rooms in the future. While this work will take some time and fitting rooms will not be ready for our grand opening, we want you to know that we`re looking at our options and doing our best to find a solution that works within the space.

In the meantime, we have adjusted the exchange policy for the Fort Erie location. Customers will now have 14 days to exchange clothing items, provided they are returned with the original receipt and tags attached.

We are incredibly excited to become part of the Fort Erie community, and we`re grateful for the warm welcome and honest feedback you`ve given us. Your voices help us make Goodwill better, and we`re committed to continuing the conversation.

Beatties has officially reopened at 45 Hannover Drive in St. Catharines, continuing an incredible 166-year legacy that began with the Beattie family. It was great to see staff, past and present, come together for the open house, with new owner Bob Becker joined by Marit Stiles, Leader of the Ontario NDP, and Jennie Stevens, MPP for St. Catharines, for the ribbon cutting.

We’re happy to see Beatties continuing their long-standing role in Niagara’s business community and wish them continued success in their new location.
